Stonebridge Pointe, at the southern limit of the city, located just off of Lakeshore Drive is a new community perfect for families. Stonebridge Estates sold out recently nearby which is also a Dilworth Homes community. The market demanded more homes in this area, which is how the community of Stonebridge Pointe was born.
